As a finance manager, I was responsible for overseeing the launch and operation of a local subsidiary in Hong Kong, China. I handled all aspects of financial management including team recruitment and training, monthly and annual closings, consolidated financial reporting, cost accounting, cash flow management, and annual budget planning. I bring experience in managing overseas subsidiaries comprehensively, from establishment to ongoing operations. Throughout this process, I established communication strategies to overcome language and cultural barriers and built diverse cross-cultural teams.

At a major international accounting firm, PwC Hong Kong, I served as a supervisor in tax and accounting advisory, supporting both local and Japanese companies. I was involved in numerous projects related to tax structuring and cross-border taxation, particularly for Japanese companies expanding into China and Hong Kong. I gained extensive experience in tax compliance, transfer pricing, and building internal control frameworks for overseas subsidiaries.

After joining Mitsuki Consulting, I assumed the role of Managing Director of the Thailand office. I have supported many Japanese companies—mainly in manufacturing and services—with their entry into the Thai market. My services include establishing local subsidiaries, obtaining business licenses, handling monthly and annual closings, and optimizing tax operations. I provide one-stop support for all these aspects, specializing in Japanese–Thai cross-border M&A, financial and tax due diligence, and compliance.

Leveraging over 10 years of hands-on experience in Thailand, I act as an M&A advisor who understands both local tax/accounting systems and business customs. I have earned high praise for facilitating smooth post-acquisition integration (PMI), thanks to my deep understanding of local practices and strong coordination with local staff.
